I am not vegan, but I eat Macha's pastries every week. They are even more delicious than they look (which is saying something, because they look GORGEOUS!) Macha strives for excellence in everything she makes, and she keeps improving her recipes even when they already taste heavenly! I challenge you to find better pastries in LA- vegan or not! (Gluten free options as well)

Absolutely In love, the BEST pastry chef I've ever met. She's extremely skilled and has the perfect touch, you truly cannot even tell its vegan, everything was absolutely incredible. Every single thing I ordered was so flavourful and authentic. I cannot choose a favourite, everything was so unique and delicious (...) I cannot wait to order again and I highly recommend you try . The most authentic I've ever had, she truly takes you to France with her flavour profiles and beautiful presentation. I can't wait to have more!
